i had made up my mind
this was a one side thing
something belonging in dreams
just a dream, sweet and kind

all of a sudden it's all strange
somehow i feel i'm doing wrong
that i no longer belong
i wonder what the fuck has changed

i wish i knew what's going on
if there is nothing there, so why?
many tears i've yet to cry
somehow i feel i should have known
better...

inspiration for a song
that's all i wished to get
dry my eyes often wet
it was worth for the sake of a song

all i have is confusion
how can i comfort my heart?
i should have known from the start
that's what you get from illusion

i wish i knew what's going on
